Easyco undertakes the data processing in order to complete the services stated in any agreed service and to ensure that regulatory requirements are met. Information collected through data processing will be used for the following; contacting the user, advertising, analytics, session recording, interactive surveys, behavioral targeting, and user database management. Easyco will endeavor to take adequate measures against any form of unlawful processing; with all clients, data to be stored in a secure internal and/or cloud database (and in the form of physical documentation if required) and only accessible by senior management and/or persons responsible for the undertaking of the stated business services. Client data will be securely stored until agreed services are terminated; at which point, all client data will be eliminated. Please note that the Client has the right to withdraw data processing consent at any time.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review any Client information, and to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate the provision of these Terms or otherwise create liability for us or any other person. Such action may include service cancellation in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Section, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
Easyco follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics.
